(1) The details of the amount in the bank shall not be officially disclosed to anyone other than the account holder.
(2) In connection with any case or other legal proceedings, the court may inspect the bank's books and other documents without stopping the work of the bank, and it shall be the duty of the bank and related employees to present such books and other documents for inspection.
(3) Courts, auditors or anyone else should not breach the confidentiality of bank transactions while inspecting the bank's account books and other documents.
